Common questions
Does the whiteboard update live?
It auto-refreshes approximately every 30 seconds. It does not use WebSockets and should not be treated as an instant ER coordination system.
Do I have to log dispensing twice?
Supported prescription-dispense workflows deduct inventory automatically. Clinics still reconcile physical stock and adjustments.
Can clients text us back?
After hosted SMS is approved and activated for the clinic, replies can land in the shared communication workflow. Texting is not enabled by default.
