Common questions
Can OpenVPM handle our inventory?
Inventory tracks lots, expiration dates, suppliers, reorder points, and supported automatic deductions. Clinics still reconcile physical counts, and purchase-order creation is not yet available.
What reports does a manager get?
Built-in reports cover revenue, appointments and doctor appointment breakdowns, services, and inventory, with CSV or PDF export for supported reports.
Does everyone need a paid seat?
No. There are no per-user fees. Self-hosting is free, and Cloud is priced per location with unlimited staff.
