How does check-in work?
The connected schedule lets staff check patients in and update visit status while keeping doctor and room assignments visible.
Is checkout faster?
Supported workflows can add invoice line items, but staff still review the invoice and record payment. Online client card payment requires Stripe Connect setup; card-present terminals are not integrated.
Can reminders cut down phone calls?
Configured email and, after activation, SMS can deliver reviewed appointment reminders and vaccination recalls. Hosted texting is not enabled by default.
